Rohto dry fresh merupakan tetes mata steril yang mengandung hypromellose 0.3% yang digunakan untuk membantu mengatasi gejala mata kering. Untuk memberikan efek pelumas seperti air mata, mengatasi gejala kekeringan mata, meringankan iritasi mata yang disebabkan oleh kekurangan produksi air mata (biasanya pada penderita rheumatoid arthritis, keratoconjuctivitis xeropthalmia) juga digunakan sebagai pelumas pada mata palsu.
