These terms and conditions for the Watsons One Pass Program (“Watsons One Pass Terms”) are in addition to and supplement the terms and conditions that apply to your membership in the Watsons Club loyalty program (“Watsons Club Account”).
By opening a Watsons Club Account, or by using services or other benefits connected with that account, you agree to the Membership Terms and Conditions (“Membership Terms and Conditions”) and the Watsons One Pass Terms. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Watsons One Pass Terms and the Membership Terms and Conditions, the Membership Terms and Conditions will prevail.
We may disclose information regarding you and/or your Watsons Club Account to any third party for the purpose of this Service. Please read our Privacy Policy.

The Watsons One Pass (“Service”) allows you to earn Watsons Club Points on eligible transactions at the participating offline Watsons Club stores below:

To earn Watsons Club Points, your physical or virtual Watsons Club Card must be presented on payment. We may ask you to verify your identity. The Watsons Club Points earned will be awarded to the associated Watsons Club Account, subject to these Watsons One Pass Terms (“Conversion”).
Watsons Club Points will not be awarded for certain products and/or services that are excluded from the Service. Participating Watsons Club stores may have different exclusions from time to time, please check with the relevant store for products and/or services that do not qualify for the Service.
If a participating Watsons Club store exits the Service for any reason, no Watsons Club Points may be earned for transactions at such participating Watsons Club from the date it exits the Service.
The Service is not applicable if Watsons Club Points may be earned for the same transaction pursuant to the Membership Terms and Conditions of your Watsons Club Account (e.g. under local earning rates). Any duplicated requests for Watsons Club Points in respect of the same transaction will be automatically cancelled.
Watsons Club Points redemption is not available outside of the home jurisdiction of the Watsons Club loyalty program.
The Service may or may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers, and other membership benefits and privileges (e.g. bonus or multiple points earning) available at the participating Watsons Club stores. Please check with the relevant store for membership benefits and privileges which are available in conjunction with the Service.
Transactions made at participating Watsons Club stores pursuant to the Service will not count towards qualification for membership upgrade, renewal, or other maintenance of your Watsons Club Account status.
Any transactions that are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled or refunded will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to the Service. In the event of refunds, any Watsons Club Points received for the refunded transactions may be removed from your Watsons Club Account.

Conversion Rates

The rate of Conversion of Watsons Club Points is based on the net spending amount on eligible transactions, in each case determined by us in our sole discretion. We may modify the rates of Conversion at any time in our sole discretion. Visit the Conversion Chart to see the current rates of Conversion that apply to Watsons Club Points at the time you request your conversion.
Charges that do not qualify as net spending include, without limitation, taxes, fees and other charges such as shipping fees.
When a foreign currency is used for settlement, the amount of Watsons Club Points earned at participating Watsons Club stores may be converted to the local or another designated currency at the exchange rate selected by us.

Requirements For Conversion

Your Watsons Club Account must be active and in good standing under the Membership Terms and Conditions. If your Watsons Club Account is terminated or suspended at any time, for any reason, you will be disqualified from participating in the Service.
You must satisfy the minimum net spending amount required on eligible transactions for Conversion. We may in our sole discretion prohibit any Conversion of Watsons Club Points or limit the minimum and/or maximum number of Watsons Club Points that may be converted under each Conversion, including the net spending required for any Conversion or the number of permitted Conversions in any given period.

Timing

Watsons Club Points will be awarded to your Watsons Club Account in same day for transactions made at Offline Stores.
Notwithstanding anything stated herein, we reserve the right to postpone the award of Watsons Club Points and shall not be liable for any delay of Conversions for any reason whatsoever (including without limitation, delay due to incorrect information in the system or due to system constraints and errors).

Our Liability

While we will use reasonable endeavours to provide the Services, we are not responsible for any failure to submit, process or award any Conversion.
We are not responsible for: (a) any loss or misdirection of, or delay in receiving any requests or correspondence in connection with Conversions, including but not limited to any failure to present a valid physical or virtual Watsons Club Card on payment, voluntarily or involuntarily, whether by reasons of incorrect entries, network disconnection, technical device malfunction or any delay, interruption or disruption of our platforms or systems or otherwise; (b) any fraud, theft, unauthorised transactions or requests for Conversions; (c) any acts or omissions of third parties (including, without limitation, participating Watsons Club stores); or (d) any errors published in relation to the Service, including, without limitation, any pricing or typographical errors, errors of description, errors regarding participating Watsons Club stores, and Service affiliates, and errors in the crediting or debiting of Watsons Club Points from Watsons Club Accounts. We reserve the right to correct, without notice, any errors.
We make no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, with respect to type, quality or fitness of goods or services provided through the Service by participating Watsons Club stores or third parties.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY PARTICIPATING WATSONS CLUB STORES), AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARISE OUT OF OR ARE IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICE, THESE WATSONS ONE PASS TERMS, OR THE LOYALTY PROGRAMME.
This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or our responsibility for fraudulent misrepresentation and any other liability that cannot, under law, be excluded.

Events Outside Our Control

General

Watsons Club Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We shall have the sole discretion to determine eligibility to participate in the Service. Our decision on all matters and disputes concerning the Service shall be final and binding on you. In the event of any disputes, we reserve the right to deduct, without notice, the appropriate Watsons Club Points from your Watsons Club Account.
The use and/or conversion of Watsons Club Points may be subject to further terms and conditions or restrictions. Additional terms may apply to specific participating Watsons Club stores.
We reserve the right to terminate, change, or modify the Service and/or these Watsons One Pass Terms from time to time without prior notice, including the requirements for Conversions and the rates that apply to Conversions. We may notify you of any such change(s) by such means of communication and in such manner as we consider fit. If you continue to use the Service after such notification, then you shall be deemed to have agreed with and accepted such change(s).
Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Watsons One Pass Terms. These Watsons One Pass Terms describe the relationship between you and us, they do not create legal rights for other persons, even if they may benefit from such relationship.
If any of these Watsons One Pass Terms are declared invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be deleted from these Watsons One Pass Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
You and we agree that the laws of Indonesia apply to these Watsons One Pass Terms and that any dispute between us regarding the Service or arising out of or in connection with these Watsons One Pass Terms will be dealt with by the courts of Indonesia.

3. If you want to return the product and your point isn’t enough to be diminished, you can only change a product with the same value.

4. If you want to return the product that you redeemed before with full or some points, you can only change with the product which has the same value because the points that have been redeemed cannot be transferred back.

Disclaimer : This return mechanism applies to payment methods other than OVO.

For Products that have been received by the Buyer, a Return or Refund request can be made under the following conditions:
1. Damage Product
2. Expired Product
3. Incorrect/Incomplete Product (wrong size or wrong Product

For product orders received by the Buyer with fewer items than ordered, the Buyer can request a refund for the missing quantity.

Return or Refund requests for reasons other than those mentioned in Points 1) and 2) above cannot be processed.

Terms and Conditions for submitting a return or refund request by the Buyer are as follows:
1. Items must be in their original purchase condition.
2. All packaging of each item must be unopened and undamaged in any way except for claims of damaged products.
3. The Buyer is required to perform an Unboxing Video as proof for submitting a Return/Refund.
4. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item package must be returned as a complete set.
5. Partial returns are allowed, but not for items not included in the return request.

Product return requests can only be submitted to Watsons Customer Service no later than 7 (seven) business days after the order is received by the Buyer, by sending a complaint email to Watsons Customer Service (customerservice@watsos.co.id) complete with photos of the condition of the received product order/video of the Product Unboxing, and then follow further directions from Customer Service.

The Buyer must send the product to be returned no later than 3 business days after obtaining approval from Watsons Customer Service to the Watsons Head Office address, which will be provided by Customer Service, along with the completed Return Form.

For product returns, the Buyer is advised to choose JNE or PT. POS delivery services with Regular shipping (COD shipping services are not allowed), and the Buyer must pay the shipping cost first.

The return shipping cost will be covered by Watsons and will be reimbursed to the Buyer along with the refund.

After the returned Product has been shipped via Expedition, a photo of the return shipping receipt must be sent/informed to Customer Service.

Customer Service has the right to reject the Return request if the Buyer has not sent the returned goods within the specified time.

If all data/forms/Products have been completely received and checked by Watsons and are in accordance, the Refund process to the Buyer's Bank Account will be carried out no later than 14 (fourteen) business days from the date the product is received at the address listed on the Return Form, or from the date the Refund Request is received in case of products received in less quantity than ordered.

How long will it take me to receive my refund with OVO payment method?
Currently, the OVO payment method is not supported by the current refund method, so the refund will be in the form of a refund voucher.

The refund period is calculated after the customer has obtained approval from Watsons.

Refund Voucher is a refund in the form of a voucher that you get when you return a product for reasons of order cancellation (Change of Mind, Oversized/Small Size) or an error in the product sent. Refunds using the Voucher Refund method are processed within 1 working day after the item arrives at Watsons or upon approval and verification by Customer Service.

If there is an error using the refund voucher, it will be returned in the form of a replacement voucher.

What are the solutions provided by Watsons for product return issues with OVO payment methods?
Watsons will offer 2 kinds of solutions for product returns;

Vouchers (refunds in the form of shopping vouchers), and
Other solutions (e.g. return of excess).

If you have made a return process with the reason of "expectation difference/transaction cancellation", the refund will be given in the form of a refund voucher.

Here are the return solutions based on the reason for return:

Product and/or packaging damaged - Refund voucher.
Product not as ordered - Refund voucher.
The product is expired - Refund voucher.
Product quantity is less - Refund voucher.
Specification/Size/Color not as described - Refund voucher.
Incomplete product accessories - Refund voucher.

How long does the return product inspection process take?
The quality standard inspection process is a maximum of 3 days after we receive/arrive at Watsons.

When can I receive my refund voucher?
The refund voucher will be added to your account as soon as we provide a solution for the return of the product.

Can refund vouchers from returns be combined with other vouchers?
Refund vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers.

What should I do if my refund voucher cannot be used?
Refund vouchers cannot be used if they do not comply with the terms and conditions that have been determined. You can contact Customer Service for further assistance.

Can I use part of the amount of my refund voucher?
The refund voucher value can only be used in full. Please ensure that the price of the product you purchase is greater than the value of your voucher.

Will my return voucher be lost if my order status is canceled?
If the order is canceled due to non-payment, the refund voucher will be returned to your account.

What are the terms of the use of refund vouchers from returns?

How do I get a Virtual Bank Number?

The virtual bank number will be obtained automatically if you select payment via Bank Transfer at the end after checking out.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

You can pay in cash to our courier upon receipt of your order.

What Is COD?

COD is Cash On Delivery. You can pay directly by cash to our courier when you received the order, if you are using this payment method.

Does this COD payment method apply only to Java Island Only?

For now, we are only serving COD payments method for delivery to certain cities in Java Island only (please see the listing of cities above).

What if i am not in my place when a courier makes a delivery?

For receiving of goods can be represented by Relatives / Family / friends who have been appointed. Please prepare your cash for this COD method. If no one receiving the goods, the goods will be re-sent by a maximum of 3 times attempts.

What is the minimum and maximum value of transactions for COD payments method ?

Payment with COD Method can only be used for an order of maximum transaction of IDR 800,000, - (Eight Hundred Thousand Rupiah).

Can i make a return or refund process if using this COD method?

For now on our Shipping does not apply for return of goods or money.
