How to Use
Dewasa:
Dipakai dengan dosis maksimal 4000 IU/hari sampai mencapai kadar serum 25(OH)D yang optimum (40-60 ng/ml) selama maksimal 30 (tiga puluh) hari penggunaan.

Periksan kadar Vitamin D darah sesudah penggunaan 3 bulan
