What delivery method are available?
We deliver via our logistics partner (JNE) and Cash on Delivery (COD - Jabodetabek and Certain Cities in Java Island only) to your chosen destination.
Special discount DELIVERY with maximum Rp30.000 for minimum purchase Rp 150.000,- (Rp. 75.000 for Member) throughout Indonesia.

Where do you deliver to?
We currently offer delivery to Java, Bali, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi.
What is the delivery cost?
Cost is calculated based on shipping weight.

Orders will be charged on a per kilo basis, i.e. orders below 1kg will be charged 1kg.
Do Watsons deliver on Saturday & Sundays?
Sorry we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
Can i schedule a delivery?
Sorry we are unable to schedule a delivery, therefore we cannot guarantee delivery of your order on specified date and time.
Can i pick up the ordered goods at Watsons physical/offline store?
We are working to make this happen. Stay tuned!
Cash on Delivery (COD)
What Is COD?
COD is Cash On Delivery. You can pay directly by cash to our courier when you received the order, if you are using this payment method.
Does this COD payment method apply only to Java Island Only?
For now, we are only serving COD payments method for delivery to certain cities in Java Island only (please see the listing of cities above).
What if i am not in my place when a courier makes a delivery?
For receiving of goods can be represented by Relatives / Family / friends who have been appointed. Please prepare your cash for this COD method. If no one receiving the goods, the goods will be re-sent by a maximum of 3 times attempts.
What is the minimum and maximum value of transactions for COD payments method?
Payment with COD Method can only be used for an order of maximum transaction of IDR 1,000,000, - (One Million Rupiah).
Can i make a return or refund process if using this COD method?
For now on our Shipping does not apply for return of goods or money.
What is the delivery period using this COD method?
COD shipping follows the estimated regular shipping schedule:
- Jabodetabek Area : 2 - 3 working days.
- Outside Jabodetabek Area : 3 - 5 working days.
- Other island and remote area : Average within 7 days.
Only certain cities in Java Island are covered by COD method.
What if i were not receiving my order?
You can check your order by contacting our customer service via email to customerservice@watsons.co.id, by mentioning your Order Number.
