Click & Collect is an online purchase service with an in-store pickup option. You can choose your preferred store location and visit the store to collect your order.

Your Click & Collect order can be picked up at the selected store location, at the cashier area marked with the “Click & Collect Pickup Point” sign.
With Click & Collect, you can pick up your order within 1 hour after payment confirmation. You can pick up your Click & Collect orders from 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM (WIB). Orders placed after 8.00 PM can be picked up the next day starting at 10:00 AM.!

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a message with details, such as your order number, a 6-digit verification code, and latest time to pick up your orders. You can also find your order number and verification code in “Order History”. Provide your order number and 6-digit verification code to the store staff for verification.
You can pick up your Click & Collect order within 5 days during store operating hours. After that, your order will be automatically canceled.
There is no minimum order quantity for the Click & Collect service; however, a minimum transaction of Rp10,000 applies to orders processed through the app or website

Refund requests for Click & Collect orders can be made within 7 days after payment confirmation, subject to applicable refund terms and conditions.
